ENRGUS.com Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items on sale or clearance

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Contact our Customer Service team at returns@enrgus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship:
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
    Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the purchase.
    Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping:
    Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at exchanges@enrgus.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@enrgus.com.
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@enrgus.com.
