1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items on sale or clearance
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Service team at returns@enrgus.com with your order number and reason for return. - Return Authorization:
You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. - Pack and Ship:
Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the purchase.
Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. - Shipping:
Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at exchanges@enrgus.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@enrgus.com.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@enrgus.com.
